There are many interesting things happening at our church.
MAY
Our church family members were particularly busy in MAY with the conference Christian Men’s Retreat, a monthly Sabbath Walk, two All-church Potlucks, a Vespers Service, a sacred concert by the Pleasant Hill Adventist Academy Musicians, a free Tech Clinic, and our end of month Gym Night...busy, busy, busy!
The annual conference Christian Men’s retreat at the Leoni Meadows Conference Center was enjoyed by all!

Several church family members enjoyed a Sabbath Walk along the water’s edge.

We enjoyed a Mother’s Day Potluck with the men and adult children serving and cleaning up! We also celebrated all May birthdays with a round of Happy Birthday and cake, of course! (Flowers provided by the corsage makers in Women’s Ministry.)

The Sabbath Evening Vespers service included a tribute to Biblical mothers and as well as a tribute to some of our own mothers with youth leading the singing.

The Pleasant Hill Adventist Academy music team blessed us with a sacred song service during worship service.

We held an All-Church potluck after worship service in the academy musicians’ honor with lots of food and fellowship!

Several church family members attended our free Tech Clinic for cell phone and tablet basics. How do you …?

Our monthly Gym Night at the Fremont Adventist Church Gym included games, food, and fun!

APRIL
We had another busy month in APRIL with a quarterly Ladies Lunch, the Sacramento Academy Musicians in a sacred concert, our All-church potluck, our monthly Vespers Service, a Bread Making Demo, a Bread Baking Contest, and Gym Night!
Despite busy weekday schedules, several women were able to enjoy food and fellowship at Urban Legends (Dublin) at the second Ladies Lunch, sponsored by our Women’s Ministry team.

The Sacramento Adventist Academy musicians blessed us with a sacred concert featuring their choir, orchestra and bell choir.

After the Sacred Concert, we invited the Sacramento Adventist Academy to an an All-church Potluck where we honored them and celebrated those with April birthdays. Later that afternoon, the Hayward Adventist Youth Service was a blessing to all!

Monthly Vespers Service: After a light supper, we had testimonies from a few of our church family members, as well as singing lead by several of our youth.

We ended the weekend with Bread Making Demonstration followed by a Bread Making Contest! Yum!!

The Bread Baking Contest was judged by two of our younger church family members and then the breads were sold!

Our monthly Gym Nights at the Fremont Adventist Church gym are not just for pickle ball, ping pong, and basketball, but there’s a lot of eating going on too!
